A pallet truck (also known as a pump truck or pallet jack) is a wheeled trolley designed to lift and transport pallets. The truck's tapered forks slot underneath the pallet and the pump handle can then be used to raise and lower the load. Pallet trucks are commonly seen in warehouses, stockrooms, and other environments where wooden pallets are frequently used.

 

We provide training on the following categories:

Novice training - Operators with no previous experience. 
Z1 Duration: 1 Day

Z4 Duration: 1-2 Days

Experienced operator training - Operators with some experience but uncertified. 

Z1 Duration: 0.5-1 Day

Z4 Duration: 1-2 Days

Conversion training - Conversion training from one type of truck to another. 

Z1 Duration: 0.5 Day

Z4 Duration: 1 Day

Refresher training - Periodic refresher training for certified operators. 

Z1 Duration: 0.5 Day

Z4 Duration: 1 Day

On successful completion of this training course trainees will be able to operate the truck safely and skillfully. They will have practiced maneuvering the machine in confined areas, stacked and de-stacked, and will have been instructed in pre-shift inspection procedures.
